Steam Separator Making Services
used in the process of plants at various pressures depending on temperature requirements. The condensate from steam is high pressure when it comes to low pressure, some parts of the evaporating condensate are referred to as flash steam.
Recovering the maximum flash steam that might return to the feed water tank reduces fuel consumption from the boiler. Flash vapor has a large amount of heat that is ignored & thrown into the atmosphere in most process plants.
The percentage of flash vapor produced from condensate is lower but the heat content of flash steam is high.
A properly designed flash steam separator can separate the maximum flash vapor from high pressure condensate & send it back to the feed water tank where it can mix with feed water which increases the temperature.
The higher the vapor pressure used in the equipment, the greater the amount of flash steam will be produced from condensate.
