Standard motor module:
Spring brakes loaded :: Brakes are operated with sturdy spring, 24VDC, 230VAC, 400VAC, optional: rust resistant, dustproof, silent, with / without hand release, microswitch theater-double brake, stage brake
Forced cooling: Single phase, three phase - varying voltage (world voltage), galvanized or painted hood
Motor protection: Three PTC (TF) thermistors, three thermostats (TH), warning / cutoff (TF-TF), warning / cutoff (TH-TH), PT100
Encoder system: Additional shaft encoder, absolute shaft encoder with SSI interface, Resolver, DC tacho generator
Special bearings: Bearings insulated, reinforced and high temperature
Protection: IP56 / 65, canopy, anti-tropical, increased thermal protection, insulation system suitable for inverter operation, protective cover
Terminal box: MIP-Box (Multi-Box):
The Multipin box is aligned with the WATT system motor design and is available for 63-280 motor sizes. The new terminal box can be equipped with up to 22 terminals as well as with rectifiers for electric brakes.
The easy and fast connection of all modular system motor options (brakes, additional encoders, finishes, external fans, anti-condensation heating and thermo elements) is possible by the Moder-connect system Encoder connector in the terminal box
