Harmonica Wire Service in Medan
Harmonica wire is a type of iron wire which is formed and arranged / associated with a special machine and with special techniques so that the wire will form circles such as spider webs with 4 (four) square boxes or diamond boxes.
There are 2 types of Harmonica wire, namely:
1.) Harmonica wire coated with PVC.
PVC Harmonica wire is iron wire which is coated with a small green pipe called PVC pipe. After the iron wire is coated with PVC, it is then formed into a PVC Harmonica Wire. This PVC coating has a purpose to protect iron wire to be resistant to corrosion, anti-heat, and anti-rust.
2.) Harmonica Wire Galvanized.
Galvanized Harmonica Wire is an iron wire combined with iron zinc or hot tin by dipping an iron wire into a tin bakseng at a temperature of 450 degrees. After the galvanizing process is complete then the wire is formed and processed again with a special machine to form a harmonica wire. Harmonica wire in Galvanized coating has the same function as PVC Harmonica Wire only the coating material is different.
